Yaad....


aaj kal teri har adaa har nazakat yaad aati hai,

  or humari jo shyam chadhti hai to paimane me dubh jati hai,

abh to isi ka sahaara reh gaya tere jaane ke baad,

  magar ise bhi jo peeta hun to aankhon se chalak jaati hai,

behlaane ki koshish to ki dil ko maine bahut magar,

  hardam husta hun phirbhi udasi muh per jhalak aati hai,

abh to ek hee khushi ki aass reh gai hai is{Gareeb}ke paas,

  unke ik nazar dikhne se jo chehare per chha jaati hai,

ae dil tu dhadkna band kar jab  jab tu dhadkata hai tu dhadkate hai unki yaad aati hai wo to khush hain apni dunia mein, jaan to pal pal hamari jate hai e;p;p;;p:P:P:P:)

For hours pass, evenings come,

Tumhari yaad ab dil ko bohat takleef deti hai
Nigahain bhi to purnam hain kabhi milnay chalay aao
Lagay hain zakham kitnay bay baha dil pay mohabbat main
Tumharay lafz merham hain kabhi milnay chalay aao
Yeh pather hi na ho jaaye nigahain dekhtay rasta
Ke khushiyaa bhi to berham hain kabhi milnay chalay aao ...

Sitare raat jab aapne dupatte mein sajaye gi,
zameen par chandni jab narm chaadar c bichaye gi,
chambeli ki kiaryi mein hawaa jab sarsaraye gi,
koi nazuk c tahni shak par jab tartaraye gi,
koi chancal kali jab hanse k bhanwre ko lubaye gi,
tumhein,
haan us waqt meri yaad aaye gi.

Sahar badal ke tarikion se  dun bana rahi ho gi,
sitaron se fizaa jab jaal koi bun rahi ho gi,
rubab-e-kehkashan se raat nagme sun rahi ho gi,
shafaq ki shazadi jab dupatte chun rahi ho gi,
hawaa ki angan pe sham jab anchal sajaye gi,
tumhein,
haan us waqt meri yaad aaye gi.

Aaj phir se aankhe naam kyun hai,
Jo paya nahi use khone ka gum kyun hai.
Unse milkar bichhde to ehsaas hua ke,
Zindagi itni kam kyun hai.

Unki yaado ko sine se laga dete hai,
   is tarah judai ka gum mita dete hai,
   kisi tarah unka zikr ho jaye to,
   bhigi palko ko juka lete hai....

Aao yaadon kei phool saja lei hum
kabhi tum yaad aao humhe kabhi yaad tumhe aaye hum

dil ki chaukhat per ghaavon nei kiye hain basere
kabhi sahlaon tum kabhi marham lagaaye hum

yuin na milna humse jaise milte hon kisi ajnabi sei
kabhi lagaana gale humko kabhi pahnaaye haar baahon
kei hum

mere dil per aaj bhee hain yaadein un mulaqaaton ki
kabhi aana tera dahleej per meri kabhi pardon se
dekhte theh hum

aye sanam na kate ab injezaar kei yeh ghariyan
yaadon kei phoolon se kaise zindagi gujaare hum
