Kabhie Kabhie sochte the hum,
Baithey hue aasmaan ke kissi
Bus Stop Pey…

Kya rahega abb, tera-mera rishta ?
Kya duriyan badal dengi, humari iss
anjaan rishtey ko ?

Duriyon sey toh hum kahin baar mill chukey hai,
Badi ulji hui si ladki hai!
Gol-gol ghumthi rehti hai,
Na ussey aanne ki khabar,
Na jaane ki.

Aur Kabhie toh yun pakad leti hai
ke humme bhi gol-gol ghuma dey.

Yun kikli* khelti hai
Ke hass hass ke pet dukha dey-
duniya ghuma dey.

Aur kabhi kabhie yun shanth ho jaye
Ke dil tham jaye
Koi pari guzar jaye.

Kabhi kabhie sochte hai hum
Baithey hue Aasmaan ke kissi
Bus Stop pey…
Pass main drill machine chalti-rehti
Dharthi-phut thi
Aur Aasmaan tapak jatha hai.

Sochte ke tere-mere beech main jo rishta hai,
Kya voh pyar hai ?

Pyar se bhi kain baar milley hain
Bada shaitan sa ladka hai.

Bus pagalon ki tarah hassa tha rehta hai
Roe toh bhi hass jayen
Hassen toh aaur hass jayen

Chaddhatha rehta hai
Kabhie chehra dikha-dikha ke chidhata hai
Toh kabhi na dikha ke.

Bus kabhie chup ho jata hai
Uske hone ka aaur jyada ehsaas dilata hai.

Kabhie kabhie hum sochte the
Aasma ke kissi
Bus Stop pey…
