Sanam dekh kar hume kuchh aise sharmayee jo aaj
Nikal gayee hai jan meri, deewana bana dee mujhko aaj

Dupatte se chehra chhupa ke, jo dekha ussne mujhko aaj
Nayano ke unn bhavo ko, pyar samajh baithe kuchh aise aaj

Beni pe gajra laga kar, khushboo jo bikheri aaj
Madhosh kuchh aise huye, sambhalna mushkil lagta aaj

Kalaiyon mein choori bhari, jhanjhar bhi boli na jane kya aaj
Premi dil hi mera  samjhta, uss madbhari goonj ko shayad aaj

Bal khati kamariya aur usspe najakat, nirali mehboob ki meri aaj
Gajab ka husn unka humko, najar aa raha thha na jane kyon aaj

Najdeek jab aayee mehboob mere, sujhayee kuchh na diya aaj
Dil ke hathon majboor hokar, bahon mein bhar liye humne unko aaj

Na sanam ne kuchh bola humko, na humne kuchh kaha unnse  aaj
Sweekriti dono taraf se thhi, adhoora milan pura hua phir aaj
