Baras rahi thi barish najane wajeh kya thi jo tham padi
benoor pade sitaro me achanak raushni kaha se damak padi

ek muddat se padi thi ye zami taarikiyo me saqt badalo ke
ghere se, akhir wajeh kya thi chandni jo fahel padi

shayad deakh liya hoga kisi ne rote mere pyaar ko jo
achanak se hasne ka bahaana kar padi.
