DIL MEIN

Terey liye ek armaan jagaa thaa merey dil mein,
Ek khazaanaa-e-ulfat jagaa thaa merey dil mein!

Jab dekhaa thaa main ne tujhey pehli pehli baar,
Hazoor ik teer hee to lagaa thaa merey dil mein!

Ek meethee sii khwahish kee thee merey dil ne,
Ek mehaktaa aangan sajah thaa merey dil mein!

Ek paak saa iraadhah kiyaa thaa merey dil ne…
Ik chaand hee chipaa liyaa thaa merey dil mein!

Khyaalee daryaa mein tugyaanee aa rahee thee,
Jawan josh saa uthh rahaa thaa merey dil mein!

Dil to abhi, tinkey hee ikathey kar rahaa thaa…
Ik ashianaa bhi ban gayaa thaa merey dil mein!!
