Ek Gazal Uspe Likhoon Dilka Takaza Hai Bahut,
In Dino Khudse Bichhad Jaane Ka Dhadaka Hai Bahut,

Raat Ho Din Ho Gaflat Ho Ke Bedaari Ho,
Usko Dekha To Nahi Hai Use Socha Hai Bahut,

Tashnagi Ke Bhi MuQaamaat Hai Kya Kya Yaani,
Kabhi Dariya Nahi Kaafi, Kabhi Qatraa Hai Bahut,

Mere Haathon Ki LaQeeron Ke Izaafe Hai Gawah,
Maine Paththar Ki Tarah Khudko Taraasha Hai Bahut...
