Ghazal!
Zindagi ramz se aari koi afsaana he
ik muamma he samajhna he na samjhana he!

dharkanain goonjti chekhoon ke siwa kuch bhi nahin
aur dil kya he faqat dasht he weerana he

mehw e hairat he tamasha ke tamasha kya he?
aaj jo gul he khila kal use murjhana he!

zindagi chooti se nadya he jise behte hue
Aik din waqt samandar main uter jaana he

jis ko dekho wohi andooh zada lagta he
he koi chaak gareebaa.N , koi dewaana he

waqt ke saath her ik cheez badal jaate he
jis ko kehte hain haram wo koi but khaana he

Haan mager ishq taghayyur se sada aari he
 wohi shamma, wohi mehfil, wohi parwaana he!
