Gulmohur: a city of memories
dil pe chaaya hai ajab sa khumar,
likhta hoon tere liye shayari hazaar
door ho kar tujhse rehta hoon bekarar
dekhta hoon tujhko dil ko aata hai karaar
kaise kahoon kitna karta hoon pyaar
jitna ladkiyon ko hota apne julfon se pyaar
girne na doonga tujhpe koi gham ka pahad
kar doonga tujhpe apni jaan bhi nisaar
magar tu na samjhegi mere dil ko yaar
isliye bas karta hoon tera deedar
jin din dil na chupa payega tere liye
kar doonga tujhko us din apni pyaar ka izhaar
