Ishq a parindo ko,
Na subah ki khabar na saam ki,
Na jagne ki khabar na sone ki,
Na kal ki fikar na aaj ki,

Fukre isqk k anjam ki khabar hoti,
Na koi ishq karta is jamane mein,
Jo karke ishq hum khusiyaan talaste,
To kaun yaad karta heer-ranjhe ko jamane mein....
