Subah aati hai sham aati hai.
Har ghadi teri yad aati hai.

   Jab bhi kuch bolun tera naam kahun,
   labpe aati hai to bas baat yahi aati hai.

Teri surat se hansi hai na kisi ki surat,
Teri surat ke siwa koi na shai bhati hai.

   Tujhse bijhade to mitti se rah gaye hain ham,
   Jan diye ki to uski bati hai.

Nind ab aati nahin rat bhar jagte hain,
Tamam rat teri yaden bahut rulati hai.
