Aapne apnaya humko, isska hume ehsas  hai
Kaise hum bhula dein, aapki inayat hai

Jamane ke hatho mar khakey, hum toh toot chukey thhe
Iss bhari duniya mein hum, bilkul hi tanha se thhe
Tum jab se jeevan mein aaye, sab kuchh badal gaya hai
Kaise hum bhula dein, aapki inayat hai

Khushi mili itni humko, aansu bhi chhalak pare
Soye dil ke armaa, khud-ba-khud machalne lage
Daman ab phulon se bhara, hasrat koi na baki hai
Kaise hum bhula dein, aapki inayat hai

आपने अपनाया हमको, इसका हमें एहसास है
कैसे हम भुला दें, आपकी इनायत है

जमानें के हाथों मार खाके, हम तो टूट चुके थे
इस भरी दुनिया में हम, बिल्कुल ही तनहा से थे
तुम जब से जीवन में आये, सब कुछ बदल गया है
कैसे हम भुला दें, आपकी इनायत है

ख़ुशी मिली इतनी हमको, आंसू भी छलक परे
सोये दिल के अरमा, खुद-ब-खुद मचलने लगे
दामन अब फूलों से भरा, हसरत कोई न बाकी है  
कैसे हम भुला दें, आपकी इनायत है
