Kal raat woh mere khwabon main aaye
Nazrein neechi thi aur sar ko jhukaye

khamosh labon pe Halka sa tabassum
bala ki shokhiyan Damanmain chupaye

Humse bhi kuch kehte banta na tha
woh jo hamare pehloo main aaye

Shukrane ko arsh pe uthi jo nigahein
hazaron hoorein dekha to leti thi balayein

Meri shahzadi rahe yoon hi mere pehloo main
lab se har baar yeh nikalti thi duayein
