Sab kuch hai lekin phir bhi ek kami si lagti hai
Saans hai magar zindgi kuch thami si lagti hai

Kaun rah gaya akela bichad ke mere saaye se
Meri parchaai mein ik tasveer jami si lagti hai

Baadlon se nikal k ek chota tukda aasmaa ka
Gira jahaan wo ek anjaan zameen si lagti hai

Honth beshaq zaahir kar bhi den hansi teri
Aankhon mein magar ek ghami si lagti hai

Muddat hui abr aabshaar n hue ghar pe mere
Aaj uske aane pe hawaa me ek nami si lagti hai
