Mere ashko ko sirf pani na samajh
Dil ko mere ek khilona na samajh

Tujhse bepanah mahobbat hai hume
Nayano ki uss paribhasha ko tu samajh

Tujhe chahta hoon kitna mai o sanam
Meri chahat ki gehrai ko tu samajh

Dil mein bas teri murat ko basaya humne
Mere dil mein utar ke iss haquekat ko samajh

Na milega mujh jaisa ashique phir tujhe
Seene se lagke iss tarap ko tu samajh
