Lagta hai ab to aise pehle to na tha jaise ,
jaaga jaaga se rehta hun aankhein hain soyee soyee ,

Yeh zindagi tab se haseen ho gayee ,
jab se mujhko tumse mohabbat ho gayee .

Tujhko hi soche hai dil tere liye tarhpe hai dil ,
dadhkan bechain rehti hai na jane kya kehti hai

aadat si jaise teri ho gayee .
Jab se tujhse mohabbat ho gayee

likhne jo baithun to main chehra tera saamne aaye .
tere naam se sanam kalam bhi chalti jaye ,

tu hi meri  shayari tu hi .ghazal ho gayee ,
jab se tumse mohabbat ho gayee
