baad muddat ke jo unse mulaaqaat hui..!
rahe khamosh labb, ankho.N se barsaat hui..!

younn to kai paighaam tajalliyo.N ke aate rahe..,
saath unke hi buss musarrat meri raat hui..,

jhoom uthi fizaa bhi dekh mere mehboob ko..,
muskurayaa qamar aur kahkasho.N ki baraat hui..,

khushi uss pal ne diya mujhe fatah sab pe..,
saare gile-shiqwo.N ki phir maat hui..,

hua qissa tamaam sheba jalne-jalaane ka abb..!
raat bhar shamaa ki parwaane se baat hui...!

Bahut hi khubsurat ghazal hai . Har sher haseen hai
Khas taur se maqta . Aap ki tarah khubsurat tabsire
to nahin kar sakta , phir bhi Maqta parh kar samajh
nahi aa raha hai ki parwaane ki qismat per rashk
karoon ya hasad . Dheron daad hazir hai .
