bohut dino baad aaj mulaaqaat hogi
                 sanam se mere dil ki baat hogi ,,,

kitni bekraari hai dil mein kya kahun
                 dadhkano ki haalat khud hi bayaan hogi ,,,

nigaahon ne raahon par din raat pehraa diya
                 aa jayenge jab woh to nazron ko raahat hogi ,,,

armaan hain jitne woh zaahir kar denge
                 chahat hi bas aaj darmayaan mein hogi ,,,

bahaar si jaise aa jayegi zindagi ke aangan mein
                 ishq ki aisi aaj barsaat bhi hogi ,,,

kab talak bahlaata is naadaan dil ko main
                  dillagi magar iski kabhi kam na hogi ,,,

bohut dino baad aaj mulaaqaat hogi
                  sanam se mere dil ki baat hogi ,,,
