Saqi ki ankhon se peeta hoon shraab
itna bta zahid yeh gunah hai ya swaab

maeh kum zaraf piye ya ahla zaraf
yeh sabhi ko kar daiti hai khraab

ankhon se peene ka apna maza hai
kehi bar pee jata hoon behisaab

tere maehkhane ka nya rhind hoon saqi
muje samja de ankhon se peene ke adaab

asghr ko bura kehne walo soch laina
aap ne bhi ankhon se pee ho gi janab
