Us rab se kya sikwa kare
   Kuch kami is dil me hai
      Kyo dhoondta hai ab use
          Jo ab nahi mafil me hai
               
Intjaare ishq ka aalam bada madhosh tha
   Dekh kar aankhon me unki kisko us pal hosh tha
        Baat dil ki aa rahi thi lab pe pal pal jaane kyo
               Par na jaane dil mere kyo tujko dekh kar khamosh tha
                    Ye na samjho ishq ki baaji mai haara tumhare pyar se
                         Kya batoou husn ke tere rang me sargosh tha.
