Unhe lagta he unse ,kafi bate karli humne ,
Yaha samjh nahi aata izhar kya kare ,
Qubool krte hain hum, he ishq hume,
Dawa nahi jis marz ki inkar kya kare,
Khayalat sone nahi dete , raat bhar unke,
Khayal he unka hum takrar kya kare,
Beqarar ho gaye , wo na milte qarar hota ,
Bulbul gul-e-gulshan ki faryad kya kare
