Vo aanko mein surma lagaye thhi
Najaro key teer chalati thhi

Julf mathe pe lehrayee thhi
Chand badalo mein chhipayee thhi

Lav pankhuriya si lagti thhi
Hasti toh moti girati thhi

Kano mein bali pehney thhi
Galo ko usske chher jati thhi

Gardan surahi si payee thhi
Kundan haar ussme latkaye thhi

Nagino ki chamak kuchh aisee thhi
Chehre ki kanti badha jati thhi

Kadhaidar kurti usski gulabi thhi
Dupatta usspe jalidar audhey thhi

Kuley kesh hava mein lehraye thhi
Shokh hava se late urr urr jati thhi

Chalti toh kamar bal khati thhi
Khanak choori ki madmast kar jati thhi

Sangemarmar ki kaya payee thhi
Moorat ajanta ki mano lagti thhi

Husn khuda se aisa paye thhi
Khud se hi hasti itrati thhi

Vo meri dilruaba meri jan thhi
Sapno mein meri rani basi thhi
