gham ko chupaane ki aadat si hai mujhe

khud ko sataane ki aadat si hai mujhe

jaan na le mera haal_e dil koi is dar se

bewajha muskuraane ki aadat si hai mujhe

youn tu tere kooche se naamurad lauta hoon

qismat ko aazmane ki aadat si hai mujhe

mein janta hoon tu laut kar naa aye ga

dil ko behlaane ki aadat si hai mujhe

chaand gham na kar mein bhi tera saathi hoon

keh ratjage manaane ki aadat si hai mujhe

kabhi tu woh bhi soche ga acha nahi hua hum se

khush fehmiaan jagaane ki aadat si hai mujhe"

mein janta hoon tu laut kar naa aye ga
dil ko behlaane ki aadat si hai mujhe
kabhi tu woh bhi soche ga acha nahi hua hum se
