ye khat nahi sada-e-dil-e-derd mand hai
isme logon ka pyar lifafe me band hai

socha kare ki leke zamane ki rahate
mujhko tumhari yaad me rona pasand hai

tere hi naksh-e-pa ki badolat sahi magar
dunya ke saamne to mera sir buland hai

kaise kare batao khushiyon ka hum chiraga
ye aandhiyaan ghumo ki phir se buland hai

'anber' ke paas sajda bhi aur ashk ghum bhi hai
ae sahab-e-jamaal tujhe kya pasand hai

hogi gairo ko khama kha hajamat
apne haatho se tum mujh ko dafnana

kudh ko dekhe hue zamana guzer gaya
apni surat zara mujhe dikha jana

leke do aansu apni ankho me
meri kaber pe phool bersana

dekh le aaj apne 'sadik' ko
inhe phir lout ke hai nahi aana

too ne phir dunia ke mayaron pe hi jancha mujhe
phir tujhe meri mohabat ka khayal aya nahi


tu ne ye phhool jo baloon mein laga rakha hai
ik dia hai jo andheron mein jala rakha hai


sone chandi ki chamakti hui meezanon me
mere jazbaat ki taskeen nahi ho sakti


manzil ko mere shok ka ehsas jab hua
her zra meri rah me deewar ban gia

Dill ki turbat pe jall uthay hein chiragh
kia kahoon? kis ki yaad aai hey!!!!!!!!!


apne burqoon ki wirasat ko sambhalo warna
apki barish men yeh deewar bhi girjayegi.....  :sad:

jab bhi mila to mil ke dil hi dukha  gaya
bichda to yaad ban ke rago me sama gaya

kitne kareeb tha wo sabhi dooryon ke saath
de ker haseen khawaab wo mujh ko sula gaya

ruswaaiyon ka khouf tha ya ahtiyaat thi
pani pe likha naam to paani hila gaya

uspe yakeen kerke muhabbat hui tabah
hasil tha unko pyaar ki suli chadha gaya

'akhtar' sa khud fareb na hoga na hai koi
haatho se apni hasti ko khud hi mita gaya

jo manjoor na tha kishmat ko wo karna chaha
pyar bankar tumhari raahon main bikhrna chaha
kitani maayush hai ye jheel si aankhe tumhari
doobkar in main bhala kisne ubharana chaha
main to ek shak ka samandar hoo mutabik tumhare
koan sa tumne bhi mujh tak hi taherna chaha
tumhare waade ne mujhe rok diya hai sarkar
