mere dil mein yehmachi sozishe mubham kyun hai
teri aankhon mein chamakti hue shabnam kyun hai
mujh ko maloom hai tum ko nahin aana lekin
tere qadmon ki yeh aahat mujhe har dam kyun hai
koi bhi saath nahin khuhaishe jannat kyun hai
tere haathon mein larazta hua parcham kyun hai
koi mehfil hai na mahol hi baaqi
phir bhi bajta mere kaanon mein yeh sargamkyun hai
tere chahat hi mile thimere manzil mujh ko
aaj yeh bataa itna tu barham kyun hai
