Kuch vaadon ka bojh dhote dhote,
Khushiyan meri khatm ho gayi.
Khwahishen to baaki rahi par,
Duniya meri khatm ho gayi.

Yaadon ka daaman chhota nahi kabhi,
Ashkon ki shiyahi kahtm ho gayi.
Chala tha jis par vo raah manzil se,
pehle hi, raahi kahtm ho gayi.

Rona aaya is dil e naakam par jiski,
dhadkane saari kahtm ho gayi.
Kuch tanha raaten baaqi thi,
vo bhi baari baari kahtm ho gayi
