how to stay young

1.throw out nonessential numbers this includes age,wt,n ht let the Dr worry abt them that is why u pay him/her

2.keep only cheerful frds.grouches pull u down

3.keep learning.learn more abt the computer,crafts,gardening,health whatever .never let the brain idle. an idle mind is the devils workshop and the devils name is alzheimers

4.enjoy the simple things

5.laugh often,long n loud.laugh until u gasp for breath or pee ur pants

6.the tears happen.endure grieve n move on.the only person who is with us our entire life is ourselves.be alive while u r alive

7.surround ur self with what u love,whether its family,pets,keepsakes,music,plants,hobbies,whatever.ur home is ur refuge

8.cherish ur health.if its good ,preserve it.if its unstable improve it.if its beyond what u can improve get help

9.dont talk guilt trips.take a trip to a frds house to the next county,to a forign country,but not to where the guilt is

10.tell the people u love them,at every oppurtunity
