(1970); B.A. in Hindi, Special English & History (1980); M.A. in English, with First Position in the University Merit List (1984); M.A. in Sanskrit, with Ninth Position in the University Merit List (1986); LL.B (1996). Professional Membership: M.I.E.T.E. (1984). Employment : Worked in Madhya Pradesh Government Polytechnics in India, from 05th Oct. 1962 to 30th June 2001, as Junior Lecturer (up to 23rd March 1969) ; Lecturer (up to 19th April 1990) ; Head of the Department (up to 30th June 2001), in Electrical Engineering.
