Yahoo Login problems!

hi guys,

hope to get some help and that too quick!

I am havoing yahoo sign in problems!
I have just put Norton Anti virus and now i am unable to log in........ before i would be able to disable norton and the log in.........

but now it is not giving me permission to do so!

plz help!

Norton has always had compatibility problems with XP and messengers ... disabling it works always ... i dunno y u cant disable it .. does it give some error or something?

thanx guys!

it dosent give nay error but it wasnt allowing me to log in  thats all! and is speaking about connection preferences!

the inetrnet coonection is broadband and the yahoo messenger is the one with Bt communicator..... i dont know which version!
