my most favourite poet syed aqeel shah ki book 'chalo phi.r lou.t jate hain' se aik khubsurat meree favourite ghazal',............

woh adhoore zeest ke lafz they,unhen kya likho ge yeh jaa.N kar
badee mukhtasar c hai daastaaN isse kya suno ge ye jaa.N kar,...

kuchh khaa.b they mere hamsafar,kuch khaahishon ka malaa.l tha
mere dil mein kiskaa khyaa.l thaa,ab kya karo ge ye jaa.N kar,......

woh gulaa.b teree yaa.d ke inhee raaston mein bikhar gaye,.....
sar e akks mujhkoh khizaN mein mujhe kab milo ge ye jaa.N kar,

ek tere fiaaq kaa zehar hee mee dil se rooh mein uutar gayaa,..
main too.t ka huN bikhar gayaa mujhe kya chuno ge ye jaa.N kar,

thee khaamoshion kee woh daastan jise keh ke lab bhee hile nahin
jisse tum ney sun ke sunna nahiN phir kya kaho ge ye jaa.N kar,......

teree muskurahat aziz thee kabhee tum se kuch bhee kahaa nahin
meraa kis tarah kaa naseeb hai tum rou pado ge ye jaa.N kar,........

aqeel taveel tar hain musaffteN,shab o rou.z inke khyaa.l meiN,...
mujhe manzilon kee khabar nahin tum kya chalo ge yeh jaa.N kar,..
