Attention Please-->> Old post vs New posts for Birthday wishes

I am the first one who is a little bit negative to this..

Let me explain why???
Kehte hai ek naya savera nayi ummeedein le kar aata hai.. Har din ek naya din hota hai.. Yahan toh poore 1 saal ki baat ho rahi hai.. Kuch logo ka ek saal bahut bura jaata hai, aur woh usko aur uski kisi bhi baat ko yaad nahin rakhna chahte.. Aise mein jabardasti YoIndia ke Rules ka waasta de kar  unko puraani baatein yaad dila kar pareshaan karna kahan takk sahi hai..

This year, I lost my Mom.. A very very sad incident for me.. And it was my Mom who was the first person to wish me My birthday every year... This year.. I kept on missing her on my Birthday.. and when I saw last year wishes of my birthday.. I just want to delete them all.. They were pinching me, laughing at me.. I don't want to again and again read them.. and reading them, made me cry again and again.. Now, I don't want to read wishes for my this year birthday too.. Because, this is a very Sad Year for Me..

You know what, Last Year, When My Mom Wished Me, I congratulate her.. and When she shockingly ask.. "mujhe kyon congrats keh rahi ho?" toh I said... "Itni pyaari, cute, Intelligent, Beautiful Daughter ki maa ban.ne ki khushi mein"...
Now If this year wishes be repeated before my eyes, next year too... I would better try to run away from them... I would better not reply anyone.

Also, This year for me, On YoIndia would be a tragic one.. I don't had good experience from YoIndia this year because of personal reasons.. So, does it means, They will haunt me by reminding about this year.. next year too..  Or, I have to run away from My YoIndia.

So, not every person have good memories attached to previous year's birth day... It may haunt him/her too...

If someone wants to keep his/her birthday wish in single thread, He may tell Moderator and Admin to do so... but it should not be a strict rule for everyone.. I suggest, to make it on person to person's interest basis.. It should not be a Rule to keep wishes in Single Thread, but anyone who wants it in Single Thread should be allowed and Anyone Who Wants to Start a new thread, should be allowed too...

Some Memories Are Better To Be Forgotten...
Atleast, I don't want my old memories Haunt me next year too..

This is an Open forum talk.. Why should we impose such type of non significant rules on our members.. Since it's a shayri site, copying other's work must be taken as an offence.. but for such small things members must be free to start a new thread or post in the old one.
Mahiya has her own reasons for this.. the same way other members too may not want their thread to get merged.
I respect Mahiya's sentiments and support freedom to members in this case..

If a member wants his threads to get merged, he can ask separately to any monitor.

mere khayal se new thread open karen ya old thread me reply den ye koi bahas ka mudda nahi hona chahiye kyunki mujhe nahi lagta ki yoindia ko koi fayda ya nuksaan is wazah se ho raha hai...
agar koi new thread open karta bhi hai to birth day wish ke ye thread jyada se jyada 1 or 2 week hi page 1 pe rahte hain...to isase bhala kaisi pareshani....
to jise bhi jo achcha lage karne diya jaye...
haan yoindian ke fayde ke liye ek baat mai jaroor add karna chahta hun ki agar koi new thread open kare to use bajay pic ke ek khoobsoorat si shayri likhni chahiye......waise bhi birth day wish ke liye achchi shayriyon ki kami hai..

Mere khayal se new thread open karne ki zarurat nahi when already birthday wishes ka thread kisi ke naam pe open hua ho toh usko continue karna accha hai na bekarar ji. Jo naye members hai jinka thread nahi bani unka banaya jaye.

Yahan sirf friendly mahol bane rahe isliye hum chit chat sections mein
aise dua b kar lete hai jisse padkar hamari members ke dil mein khushi hoti hai. Mere khayal se members yeh nahi sochenge ke purane link mein hi wishes
de rahe hai etc... Wishes are Wishes... wo chahe purane link mein ho ya naye.

iAdmin chahe toh rule bana sakte hai kaha hai aapne. Woh hamare opinion pooch rahe hai na.. Jab jyada members kehte hai ke nahi chahiye naya thread toh
nahi karenge

Mujhse poocho .... though kisi ko sunne ki zarurat nahi hai.

Naya saal hai nahi baat hai to naya Thread q nahi ... baat kuch samajh main nahi aai.

Kya har saal tum apne B"day pe ek sa khana ek sa cake khana pasand karoge....! Its like giving someone the same B'day gift every year... HOW BOOOORRRIIING!!

Baki marzi REGULAR MEMBERS ki hai jo bole so rule

           I HAVE READ THE POSTS TOO REGARDING OTHER'S OPINION WHAT I BELIEVE IS FEW PEOPLE LIKE GETTING WISHES IN THEIR NEW THREAD AND FEW TO CONTINUE WITH THE OLD ONE.SO NOW IF WE WANT TO DRAW A LINE BETWEEN THESE TWO KIND OF THOUGHTS OF PEOPLE WHY DONT WE LEAVE THE DICISION UPTO THEM I MEAN I HAVE READ THE OPINION OF MAHIYA JI SHE WAS RIGHT IN HER PLACE THAT SHE DOESNT WANT TO REMEMBER THINGS THAT HAPPEN TO HER THE PREVIOUS YEAR BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT EXPECTED BY HER AND NOW SHE DOESNT WANT TO ACCEPT IT.FOR FEW PEOPLE SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENS AND THEY WANT TO REMEMBER THOSE THINGS THROUGHT THE YEAR HENCE THEY ACCEPT FOR THE SINGLE THREAD BEING CREATED.NOW WE CANNOT PREDICT THE FUTURE HENCE AS PER MY OPINION I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO GIVE A CHANCE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL TO SELECT WHETHER THEY WANT ALL THEIR WISHES IN A SINGLE THREAD OR IN MULTIPLE THREADS.I WOULD ACCEPT WITH POOJA JI FOR THE SINGLE THREAD BEING CREATED FOR THE WISHES.

After reading everyone's view I would like to provide few points, Its a summary, please read and reply again if have any thing to suggest or say  :

When we will have "ONLY one thread to wish one PERSON "

-> We will have less clutured birthday wishes threads,
-> All birthday wishes will be at same place so making it easy for Birthday boy or girl to respond.
-> Reading all wishes at one place after few years will be interesting to see.

BUT....
-> It may also look bad to one who wanted to wish separately in new threads or sometimes may hurt ego and sentiments.. .but on the other hand, may be you were late to wish then why get hurt ?


When we will have "Multiple threads allowed to wish one person"

->Freedom to start new thread and wish in own way
->No ego problem but rush to first come first wish

BUT.....
-> Sometimes will get so many birthday wishes threads
-> Scattered birthday wishes
-> Hard to keep record of who wished and who did not !
-> Hard to follow previous years wishes (if one wants to )


There is no harm or loss from any of the above practice to Yoindia but its a suggestion of members hence I need view of members. So its a summary. May be it can give a better idea.
