Well me too hav a lil bit of idea in this concern..

The very first of all.. It will be an inclusion despite of an Amendment.. nd while undergo the process the site may happen to be ir-regularzied for certain period of time.

With respect, Dear Gum! The site owner must be knowing w8 sort of inclusion is meant to be done.. but 4 sure including of this aforesaid function is POSSIBLE!

But none of the Moderator or owner themself replied yet on this topic, weather they accept or deny this inclusion, seems they does'nt Value the Queries of site member.

With all the due respect, Dear admin! Pls be active on ur forum and keep updating the queries thread timely.

Everyone who responded to this thread are all valuable members. FYI, everyone who responded are Monitors, so please don't take create misconception without knowing much.

Already Tosha and gum responded so I think there is nothing to say more. Yoindia is in a stable stage as for moment and lots of changes are proposed but they will take time.

Each and every suggestion of user is taken in account at Yoindia, Yoindia is forum by members..  Yoindia is part of members.

And about being active on Yoindia of The Admin, then ask those members who every other day face problem and then ask Admin for help and they are helped in matters of hours.

For your further kind information let me know you that membership status of Tosha and Gum are yet Yoindia guru and Addicted respectively, so how would a new or a general member will cum 2 know that they are also being a part of administrative team?

Next, yet they have replied an optional and technological information! their statement does'nt sounds to be informative enough as an answer of a query.

Talat and ricky just give a look to this concern thoroughly with calm the exact solution or an appropiate answer has been delivered after 2 month and almost 3 days. that is what ricky has said "Yoindia is in a stable stage as for moment and lots of changes are proposed but they will take time. "

Ricky you may be working on this prospects and ppl who replied in this thread are monitors, but both of the things were not specificly mentioned on this thread, it was'nt a misconception, it was Mistake of yours.

No one is against you,  we always welcome suggestions and as stated earlier, are very very valuable.
But we do take care of every thing.

Secondly, Tosha decided herself to not to have Monitor's rank. Also, same goes for Gum but I think he will be givem Monitor rank soon as he asked for.

Well, few times it happes that a post might get down in the page without being answered, so we accept that there could be delay in answering a post due to many reasons.

There is nothing like that you polluted the environment but all she is asking you to present yourself in a acceptable manner, from your post it appears that if some has sent you to point out the mistakes, even find out the mistakes from no mistakes.
Don't take me wrong but the way you have posted is just leading me to think that way.

Well Madam! I dont have any personal Grievance for w8ever is going on here, and just see some prevoius thread of this section you will find the users who have been for ages @ this site, has marked there inconveince caused due to monitors.. so it does'nt mean that there were sthg wrong in their mind against Admin or Monitors. I just pointed out w8 i felt wrong and it shud hav answered gently.

Also why are you Exaggerating the things and using words like Let others enjoy being on this site and monitors are Horrible etc, you are a monitor and you should stay cool and calm :D !! Dont get frustrated on discussions and BTw Let me congratulate you that uor monitoring one of the best site on internet and especially you do write too Good.
