Explain Meanings of positions and Points

I am new member here,
So i want you to explain meanings of the positions and points[if any]
and plz also tell how to get them and what is the highest position for a poet...

There are Monitors who are mostly senior member with special rights to manage forum and posts here. The monitor are of various designation as per the section they control. To become a monitor, one has to understand Yoindia Shayariadab deeply and then one can wish to apply for Monitorship.


Then there are titles given to members as per their activity on Yoindia Shayariadab. You currently have "Aghaaz ae Shayar" which means you are new here and its your start. The title changes as your activity increases.
