On what basis is a Chief Moderator selected? Please bring transparency in your selection process......[/color][/size]

Well I agree if sum1 makes Pooja ji, Talat ji or Tosha a chief moderator...But there are some who dont deserve to be in that position...PLease let us know ur selection process...

Is it friendship..Is it based on people from a particular region or is it based on credibility of the person in writing poems, sher-o-shayari....

No Badnaam bhai u r wrong..Duhhhh!!!!! Sawaal ka jawab tumne thik se nahin diya..Lagta hain tumse milna padega Delhi mein tumhein happy karne..Koi gal nahin :D

Neways I would expect an answer about what are the judgement qualities.

I have given up from "Chief Monitorship" because I am not able satisfy our fellow Members.
Basically main quality you need for Monitorship is ability to right action at right time.
Anyways.
