i try to attach  picture  but here the picture is not beign attach below my user name , please tell me how can i attach that picture.

Well earlier we had only option to use avtar which is located on other location.. like..
http://domain.com/file.gif
but now we have enabled avtar uploading.. ie. u can upload ur picture but it should not be greater then 90x80 in dimension.. see ur profile for more info.

You should first upload your image to a webserver.. u can upload to yoindia.com also.. then done..

wht ever avtar i try to attach  is of   greater size  so it doesn't accept

I recommend you to try www.photobucket.com .. Upload it there .. and give the link here ..
Btw you can resize that image by IrfanView ..

you can upload it any free webhosting site then give link of that in profile.. I think you can't upload avatar at yoindia server..
