I strongly condemn the current "deleting onslaught" by the Monitors. I have read many posts in the past where Monitors have gone offtopic.
i can line then up if required.

I feel the author of the thread must be told once before any action on the thread is taken. This gives the author an oppurtunity to improve or correct whatever improper stuff he/she has written. It seems as if sumone is bulldozing around with the "authority" of Monitor.

I AM CALLING FOR PLAIN DISCUSSION HERE.

then, plz do provide the links for off topic threads but post them in appropriate section. as this really concerns you and maked you rebel.

Well I am calm and that is why I have written here. I am sorry I missed outon NewYorkers post. Its quite a similar concern indeed.

My point is before the deletion, the author must be notified by mail or by pm, that his/her has something written in it.  Also it must be mentioned as to y such an action has been taken.
