How to upload profile picture.I tried uploading picture by providing the link to facebook and picasa album photo but no help.

You can upload image to website like : http://tinypic.com/
After upload you will get link url, copy that url to profile section ie. Profile-->Forum profile information

Select I have my own pic and paste URL there.
