This is to Inform that on Yoindia we are going to start Contests on Timely Manner.
This thread is for information about award :

Award for Poem of the Month- Khumar-ae-Ishq[/size]
Month December 2006[/color]

Eligibility
1.All poems posted in "Khumar-ae-Ishq" section between 1st Dec. 2006 to 31st Dec. 2006.
2. Only poems which starts the thread shall be considered.
3. Poems with minimum 8 lines (This is not strictly 8 lines but it is to make sure that poem is not too short).
4. Only original work shall be considered. Hence, if any poem has any doubt about its orginality, it will be disqualified at once and there will be no discussion for that poem anymore.
5. The poems which are posted on Yoindia only and are not posted at any other place will be considered, else are disqualified.

How it will work
 Our team of dedicated senior members will choose various poems from Khumar-ae-Ishq section and at the end of month we will review all poems and our Panel of Jury will decided the best.

What the Winner will get
Winner will get tag as the "Author of the Poem of Month (Dec2006)" as well as may get appreciation in few other forms.


Disclaimer
1. Poem of the Month Contest is simply for the purpose of praising and encouraging good works by various poet and poetess however sometimes its not possible to make perfect judgement.
2. We will always try our level best to find out the best but the last decision to be accepted is from the Panel of Jury.
3. Suggestions are however always welcomed but no one is allowed to challange the decision of Panel of Jury.
4. We reserved the right to discontinue or change the pattern of the contest at any time.

Vikas Sir... I dont think gud poets like you ,writes good poems only once... its not hard n fast rule but it should be avoided and Moreover.. our dedicated team of Jury members and  Monitors are going to choose best poems according to their capability of judgement....we r conducting contest to encourage our members to write original with their best capability

Starting the thread means, the poem should be posted as a new topic and should not be written in some altready existing thread/topic. !!!

You are absolutely right in putting up your view but the reason for considering only those poems which start thread is that its really very difficult to go through each and every post in each and every thread !!
