Seeing him again
Brought back the sadness

The one, I thought was buried
and what I thought was madness

Those days were so very good
Like 2 strong poles we always stood
Never realised the unseen force
that tore us apart and left us with remorse

Like two strangers we are now
Empty gazes and I have no idea how
My heart feels heavy anytime I see
I just walk away and that is not the real Me

Some things are probably just not meant to be
So, I hope and live today
hoping that someday I can jump up with glee.
