The Sun was purple
Moon had a sedating hue
And I in rainbow garb
Soured high in blue,

Birds chirped in delight
I hear and share
Rains pitter-patter
I intercept the whisper

Witnessed in wander
Intricacies in green leaves
Smelt the fragrance of flower
Deluged in eternal bliss

World is beauty and selfless
Transpired by his fervent love
The heaven dwelt
In his eyes, not above

Joyous heart quivered
Oblivious and trance
Ethereal wave heralded happiness
Casting amusing glance

But, by a distant lure
The clever in him awoke
And crucified love in
Selfish alter by ruthless stroke

Now,
Sky black, Sun morose
The moon is pale
I am plucked and slashed
In sudden ominous ‘Gale’.
