Unfathomably Deep !

Well!
Why your eyes are deep;
So deep,
Unfathomably deep!
And, vast like oceans:
Why are they?
They’re dark,
Alike the deepest sea,
Calmed down,
By snail-slow breezes,
Soft and cool!
I know not,
What say they?
But, they do speak:
Yes, they do speak!
God knows:
What mysteries are buried there-in?
I’m trying hard;
I say, to my best;
To discover what’s there-in?
But I can’t find!!
I’m dying,
Yes, I’m almost dying,
To find:
A tinge of love:
Or a trace of love:
There-in!
