Hum muhabbat ki baat kia kerte
Ruswa apni hi zaat kia kerte

Na nafs ki khuu na khddari
Izhaar phir jaz baat kia kerte

Jahan ho khud shermsaar ruswayee
Wahaan ghaat pe ghaat kia kerte

Hunar teri zaat ke dekh liye
Ujaager phir ahsasaat kia kerte

Muhabbat ki azmat ko samjha kab
Zindagee ko bahayat kia kerte

Muhabbat javed ne nibhayee bahut
Maghroor thee teri zaat kia kerte
