Humne unse wafa ki lekin woh bewafa nikhle
Behte aansuon me na jaane kitne armaan nikhle

Nigahen unki aksar mujhse baatein karti hai
Saare wade mohabbat ke bas jhoote hi nikhle

Humne dilse hai unhe har waqt aawaz lagayi
Labon se unke waqt na hone ke bahane nikhle

Aahat koi ho toh lagta hai ke woh aa gaye
Har sham unke intezaar me charag leke hum nikhle

Yaad aayengi unhe hamare pyaar ke zamane
Chod ke unke kooche gali ko aaj hai hum nikhle
