Kahan hai tu mere Allah kahan hai tu mere maulaa;
tadap rahe hain tere bande dard-0-gham me mubtilaa;

tere siva nahin hai koi duja sahara apna yahan;
tu jo chaahe to toot jaye yeh gham ka silsilaa;

tu hi laaya hai tere hukm se fana ho jayenge magar;
jab talak umarr baqi hai jeene ka de hausalaa;

yeh maana ke hum tere rehmat ke nahin hai qaabil;
magar kabhi to ashk ke sath hasi ke jaam bhi pilaa;
