Karte ho hame khafa toh manate kyun nahi
Armanon ko meri jagakar phir aate kyun nahi

Rehte ho beparwaah tum meri is halaath se
Gehri raat men bhi hum so paate kyun nahi

Tumhare chehre ko apni nigahon me basaya hai
Apni wafaon ko hamare naam likhte kyun nahi

Jaante ho tum bhi mere betaab dil ki hasrathein
Anjane men hi sahi hame pukarte kyun nahi

Badlon ke beech se nikalti hui dhoop ho tum
"Aqsh" ki zindagi men roshni laate kyun nahi
