uth ker chale wo ker ke suni ansuni gazal
gusse me aa ke humne wahi phad di gazal

dil ko jalaya, ashk piye, ratjage kiye
tab jake mukhtasser si kahi ho saki gazal

chanda se chandni li, nazakat li phool se
afsos hai ki phir bhi adhuri rahi gazal

bekar wo zubaan hai nahi jis pe tera naam
jis me na tera zikr ho kis kaam ki gazal

bandish radeef ki to kahi kafiye ki kaid
chal ker ruki kahi, to kahi ruk ker chali gazal

dilkash tasawuraat ka majma liye hue
ek gasht si dimaagh me karti rahi gazal

zikr-e-shabab-o-husn se mahaka gayi fiza
khusbu-e-zulf-e-yaar se mahki hui gazal

zinda dilo me badh gaya ehsaas-e-zindagi
murda dilo me daal gayi jaan si gazal

her sher per tha shor mukarrar padhe janab
makta padha to gunji sada 'phir wohi gazal'

nakhl-e-sukhan pe 'samnoj' ki toti na bolta
kah pata 'samnoj' si ager her koi gazal

bahut bahut khub,aur radef,kafiya,makta ka jo istemal kiya hai,kya kehne.sundar.

gazal ki mehfil aur tera saath
aisi hi apni roj ki shaam ho
wahi gazal gungunati hun main ssada
jis mein shamil tera naam ho.
