Alag hain log judaa khayal unke
Padhiye to lekin aap alfaaz unke

Hum to loghat dhoondhte hi rah gaye
Jawaab ho gaye do se chaar unke

Uff ye zubaan ye takallufana ikhtelaaf
Seekh lein shayad rahe gar aitraaf unke

Pyaase reh gaye yahaan kitne aur vahaan
Bhare Urdu paani ghar hain jahaan unke

Rivayat ki tarjumani aur kya khayal e jadeed
Reh ke uth jaate rahe jirah ke jaam unke

Farmaish daleelon ki daleelon mein aa gayee
Par jo utthe to palatne ke na thhey gaam unke

Akhirash, ek haseen mod par purkhuloos salaam hue
Sabne suna waheen thhey khairkhaah unke

Hum na batayenge yahaan waise 'Quateel'
Lete rahenge hamesha naam unke

kamaal ki ghazal pesh kari aapne--
magar humari samajh ke hisaab me ye mazahiya post nhi h--
ya fir sarfire ki samjh bht adna si hai aapke alfaazon ko smjhne ke lie:)

quateel sahab bahut khoob..........! aur is ghazal mein jo comments hain wo seriously kiye hue comments hain and i mean it. please aap iss comments ko otherwise mat lena aur na hi delete kara.iss ghazal mein main khud ko aur mujh se wabasta kuch haalaat ko dekhti hoon.

Aap ka shukraguzar hoon ki aapne padha aur daad di. Tasalli bhi hai ki is ghazal mein apko bhi apne halaat ka juz bhi dikha. Shayad ikhtelaaf jaisa bhi. Ho shakal alag ho aur afraad alag lekin tanzeem milti julti ho. Dua hai ki saare halaat jald as jald behter. Aur pursukoon hon! Waise main aapke comments kabhi bhi 'lightly' nahin leta.
