ey gul e gulzaar yuh kiyon dil ko dard ka tohfa deta hai,
ger rab ek hai to kaise bhool gaye ki dil bhi ek hai,



apno ki mehfil ke bich me hum khud tanha se ho gaye hai,
jabse hamko chore ker mere be dard sanam dur gaye hai,

saanse kaid hui zism me,kiya they iraade us zalim ke,
ye na samjh paye hum kiyon woh mere dil ko tod gaye hai,

me majboor ho gaya sivaye uski yaad ke kuch nahi raha,
uski kiya majbri thi jo kiye kasme o waade tod gaye hai,

woh meri kisamat nahi,mere mukkader ka ek eysa sawal tha,
jo jate jate apne jawaab me,mere sare armaan tod gaye hai,

ab to khamoshi me jeena hai,dard ko chapaker meukurayenge,
kisi ko na kahenge,woh meri khuwabo ki duniya tod gaye hai,

uske bager jeena ab to mout se bather lagne laga hai mujhe,
koi to paigaam kare usey jo meri saanso ki dor tod gaye hai,
