                               mujh  se mohbbat ki baat kare ho!
                               us  pe  kayi  sawalaat  kare ho!!

                               ban kar chiraag raushni kaa wadaa.
                               kyon andhere saa  halaat  kare ho!

                              chheen  kar   mujh  se  khushi  meri.
                               aur  dard     mere  saath  kare   ho!

                               le  kar  mujh  se   khawaab mere tum.
                               raqeebo.n   ko   saugaat   kare   ho!

                               hoo.n   tishna lubb azal se main aur.
                               tum  dariyaa  mein  barsaat  kare ho!

                               hoo.n   haar kar bhi  khush  tum  se.
                               phir   kyon her  pal  maat  kare  ho!

                               kate intezaar mein subh-o-shaam apni.
                               aur   gumm- summ  si  raat  kare  ho!

                               kare  kyaa  shiqwaa  sheba  kisi  se!
