                                       bitey  chaar  din abhi dil  lagaaye hue...,
                                       hain  azal  se  jaise chot   khaaye hue...,

                                       lafz, saath   nahin  dete   ehsaas  kaa...,
                                       hain  hum  khaamoshiyo.n ke sataaye hue...,

                                       bhhini-bhhini si khusboo bhi jaati rahi...,
                                       umr  guzri  ek  rishto.n se paraaye hue...,

                                       kare intezaar phhool aise baaghbaa.n kaa...,
                                       her  raah  apne,  kaante  bichhaaye  hue...,

                                       pataa naa chali zindagi uske qurbat mein...,
                                       chundd  lamhe.n  guzre  the use aaye hue...,

                                       nazar  bechain si ho gayi  aasiyaane  ki...,
