RED GULAL

Baat hee naa ho koi kale-o-safeid kee
Baat ho to ho abb sirf din-o-raat kee
Kaalaa-o-safeid yeh bhi koi rang hain
Baat ho neele-o-peele, laal gulaal kee...


Let’s not talk any more about black and white,
We say it only the day and the night!
Let’s not talk about the wrongs,
We say instead what are the rights!
So my dear friends from now on...
The white man is the day and the black is the night,
And we need both these to live our lives!
Don’t you need days to complete your daily tasks...
Then you need to sleep and have your dreams at night!
Hey do you remember that to a scientist,
The black is only the absence of color...
And to the artist the white of page is the white,
So from now on our page only the yellow, the blue
And red of laal gulaal shall look right...
Friends the laal gulaal is the symbol of the Love...
Is the only color that is right...or allright!!!
